Over the past 10 years we have perfected the art of carpet lining, using only the best products on the market, this enables us the best quality finish and to ensure our customers are happy, we take pride in our work and this shows on the finished product, we won’t be beaten on quality and finish, there’s no one better. We specialise in carpet lining VW vans (VWT5, VWT6,VWT6.1) working closely with our local VW dealership. We offer a Nationwide fitting service.
SOUND DEADENING
We use DoDo Mat DEADN Hex the professionals choice for sound deadening, the DoDo range should never be underestimated, this is applied to the external skin of the van behind panels inside the doors, on the floor, wheel arches and in the roof, this really does make all the difference to the road noise.
VAN INSULATION
When insulating we use 2 products, 3mm double sided foil insulation and 35mm white Dacron/polyester insulation which is light weight, flame retardant and no itching.
CARPET LINER
We use a 4 way stretch easy liner which is stretchy, superior, more flexible, mouldable and pliable carpet lining, giving the customer the best quality finish. Hidden fixings are used on all panels creating the OEM look and allowing customers to access behind the panels if needed.
SOFT TOUCH
Soft touch suede material is used when doing the headlining, panels and A + B pillars and adds a great finish to the conversion, with 12 colours to choose from, there’s a colour for everyone's taste.
